About The Opportunity
The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for the business and technical analysis of technical products and processes for the Supply pillar, including support for Supply initiatives across the Corporate Traveller, FCM, and Leisure brands. This role will require analysis of complex integrated platforms and their associated technical and business processes throughout the booking-to-invoice lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and articulate goals and benefits of impacts.
- Conduct business and systems gap analysis and build workflows.
- Coordinate and ensure successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work.
- Exercise independent judgment and lead mid-level projects with minimal direction.
- Facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interact with executive-level project sponsors.
- Translate problem statements into clear and concise User Stories and/or BRDs.
- Document business requirements into technical requirements and maintain documentation.
- Work effectively with Technical and Non-Technical team members across Supply, and Corporate/Leisure Technology.
- Understand each area's processes and analyze impacts of specific projects or technical implementations.
- Demonstrate understanding of AgentPort on a profile level and its interaction with Sabre.
- Understand Sabre functionalities including creating bookings, shopping, faring, reading PNR, and queue history.
- Understand all Supply, Leisure, and Corporate Technology systems and their interactions.
- Determine and document system, business, or development dependencies within projects.

- Strong analytical and evaluative skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Lucidchart/workflow documentation skills.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $75,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
This position may be performed remotely anywhere within Canada in accordance with the company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy except for the province of PEI.
