About the team
The COO Finance supports several critical operational functions for Worldpay, including Product Management, Technology Development, Technology Infrastructure and Corporate Applications, Information Security, Procurement, Facilities & Physical Security and Business Enablement. This role will be focused on our Value Creation Plans in particular, supporting the big bets we are making as a company that will drive long term shareholder value.
About the Role:
The Senior Manager, Value Creation Planning (VCP) does the following activities:
- Develop and lead value creation planning: partner with business leads across the organization in support of initiatives that will drive incremental growth at Worldpay
- Performance monitoring and reporting: oversee the preparation and presentation of regular initiative updates to finance leadership and the executive team
- Partner cross-functionally by embedding into initiative workstreams attending and contributing to key stakeholder meetings
- Review and analyze financial models: provide guidance and input to models and leverage to develop KPIs and OKRs in partnership with business leads
- Create scalable and automated reports to track KPIs and OKRs to ensure success of VCP initiatives
- Provide FP&A support to both Transformation and M&A Integration and Business Enablement teams
About you:
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, and or Strategic Finance roles supporting management reporting and running monthly, quarterly and annual processes, ideally in a technology or fintech space
- Proven ability to assess initiatives with a strategic lens; thinking through use cases, value proposition, what that means for the business case, and what tangible business benefit it provides in the short and long-term
- Ability to support multiple business leaders in developing business cases, creating KPI/OKR reporting, and executive level presentations
- A track record working cross-functionally and is a thoughtful collaborator and great listener, keenly focused on understanding business challenges, building strong relationships, and driving impact

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $150,000- $175,000 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
