About the role
As the Lead Wealth Advisor, you will be a key architect of our progressive approach to wealth management. Client interaction and building relationships are paramount for the Wealth Advisor role. You will guide clients through a new era of personal investing, incorporating client interests into investment selection and account management while understanding client needs.
What you'll do
- Create and deepen client relationships in a digital-first environment, ensuring an exceptional and differentiated client experience.
- Uncover client goals and onboard to personal investment options, working with clients and prospects to provide a high degree of personalization for service and investment management.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate our trading strategies, portfolio optimization, and tax planning.
- Educate clients on tax optimization strategies, account features, and support investment knowledge of clientele.
- Lead and support the creation of financial advisory services, using your own experience and client needs to work with our team and third parties to define client experience.
- Navigate clients through significant life events, such as buying a house or growing a family, and assess how these impact their financial strategies.
Qualifications

- You may have worked in financial services and are still looking for the right place to apply your knowledge and build your career.
- You excel at learning new skills and concepts and are a bit of a “professor” when it comes to sharing the knowledge you have.
- You are naturally curious.
- You love investing, personal finance, or finance and are interested in ensuring others have an opportunity to build wealth and take care of what is most important.
- Tech savvy: learning new programs, apps, or skills is part of your toolset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Series 65 license is required, or Series 66/Series 7; additional certifications are a plus. If you do not have a licensing combination, you must obtain the required licensing within the first 60 days.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to embrace innovation in financial technology.
