Human Resources Business Partner – Maternity Leave Cover for a secondment or Fixed Term Contract ending in November 2025.
An excellent opportunity has arisen due to maternity leave for forward-thinking HR professionals to join us here at Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a part-time opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner at Band 8a and we will consider requests for flexible working arrangements.
As an HR Business Partner, you will support the Trust’s Clinical Support Services Care Group and act as their primary contact for advisory support on a wide range of people management and workforce matters. You will act as a strategic and senior member of the care group leadership team as well as having opportunities to participate in Trust-wide projects.
As part of the HR Business Partner team, you will work in close partnership with and be supported by the Head of HR & OD and our experienced HRBP team. You will also be part of a people directorate team comprising a range of workforce specialists including workforce intelligence, OD, recruitment, engagement, and wellbeing.
You will be responsible for the management of a Senior HR Adviser and an Assistant HR Advisor. The support and development of your CBU HR team will be a core feature of your role.
