SAP MM Functional Resource
SAP S/4HANA MM expert who has done at least one full life cycle implementation on S/4HANA and at least 3 full lifecycle implementations on ECC. The candidate will lead the delivery team on both small and large projects. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget
- Be a hands-on application expert and prepare/review project deliverables (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document, to-be functional design, baseline configurations (IMG), process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, business process procedures) to ensure they meet project objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations
- Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
- Estimate total effort for the application team within the area of expertise
- Lead design workshops with the client.
- Contribute to knowledge base of the SAP Practice
Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of SAP hands-on experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP MM module and/or SRM/Ariba
- At least 1 S/4HANA end-to-end implementation experience and at least three E2E SAP ECC implementation experience
- Must know processes and configurations in the areas of procurement, inventory management and special procurement processes like subcontracting, 3rd party scenarios, stock transport orders, scheduling agreements and contracts
- Knowledge of some of the additional modules like SD, PM, PP and PS will be preferred
- Must have experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEF
- S/4HANA MM Certification preferred
- Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps
- Experience and knowledge of Activate Methodology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and able to plan your own work.
Education and/or Training:
- Undergraduate degree required in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred).
- Primarily Remote but require travel to client site around 20% - 40% of the time.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Our client falls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and must comply with the ITAR, which mandates that all applicants hold US person.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $80,400 - $149,300.
