Kia of Irving is actively seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Consultants to help expand the business. We are looking for talented team players with a high level of integrity and strong communication skills.
PAID TRAINING WITH A $2000 MONTHLY GUARANTEE
Sales compensation will be based on experience and is commission-based. The PERFECT individual will gain tremendous earning potential!

Work functions include but are not limited to:
- Provides guidance to customers who enter the dealership. The Sales Consultant assists on test drives, builds rapport, and conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Explains vehicles' characteristics, capabilities, and features; and offers comparable and/or competitively priced retail options to customers.
- Submits customer transaction documentation (application, insurance information, trade title, etc.) to Finance & Insurance Manager. The Sales Consultant completes and processes deals in accordance with the company guidelines.
- Pursues prospective customers, promotes valid incentives, and maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
- The Sales Consultant is required to obtain weekly, monthly, and quarterly selling targets set by the Sales Management Team.
- Attends product and retail training programs as requested by management. The Sales Representative maintains updated information on new merchandise and services within the industry.
Employee Prerequisites:
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying
- Basic computer operating, mathematics, and problem-solving knowledge
- Sales experience and knowledge of automotive CRM software is a bonus
