What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize growth of Eyecon and RxSafe products across various pharmacy sectors
- Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed annual commercial targets through regular performance reviews and accountability
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities, supporting annual and long-range planning
- Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance sales efforts at tradeshows and communicate product value propositions effectively
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce for the commercial function and ensure quality and accuracy in the sales order entry process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in managing and developing remote sales teams
- Proven ability to create effective sales strategies and achieve desired results
- Experience in selling durable medical equipment or pharmacy automation
- Strong communication skills, including negotiation and closing techniques
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in pharmacy automation is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot or Salesforce
- Ability to adapt leadership style to various team personalities
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
