- Type of hospital: Critical Access
- Daily census: 10
- Ratio information: The staffing plan has a 1 to 4 ratio but sometimes it may be a 1 to 5 depending on the number of admits and discharges happening during the day.
Unit: ER – 7230
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week, EOW, No call

- Start date: ASAP!
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift dates/schedule: nights; 7p-7a
- Weekends Required: EOW
