Emergency Veterinarian - Ethos ER Immerse Mentorship Program – Winchester, VA

Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center is seeking veterinarians passionate about working in emergency medicine for our 6 month training and mentorship program. We are looking for individuals who are team oriented, driven, reflective, and reliable to train with us and transition into an ER position with our team!

Facility Information

You can expect to find a clean, bright, and newly renovated facility as you enter our hospital. Our ER team enjoys offering gold-standard care with our modern equipment and processes, including:

In house laboratory with Heska Cytology
State of the art surgical suite with a full complement of monitoring capabilities
Diagnostic quality ultrasound
Endoscopy
Therapeutic laser
ezyVet practice management software
Internal Urgent Care with dedicated staff – increases efficiency and lowers client wait times

The Ethos ER Immerse Training Program

The ER Immerse Program will prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. Built from the ground up to be different than traditional rotating internship programs, the ERi program has been developed around a curriculum of core competencies essential for an emergency veterinarian.

Program Duration/Commitment

6 month training program with flexible/rolling start date options
1-year commitment as an ER clinician at VVERC following training
