Job Position: LMSW- Program Director
Location: Pontiac, MI 48341
Pay Rate: $55,000.00-$6,0000.00
Purpose: The LMSW will be a Program Director and oversee master level interns. To plan, develop, and implement programming for survivors. The Program Director will oversee program staff, support residents, and collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure the organization's mission is fulfilled.
Essential Functions:- Program Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive program plans aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
- Oversee the delivery of trauma-informed care and therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Staff Supervision:
- Recruit, hire, and supervise program staff, including case managers, residential staff, and interns.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues as needed.
- Resident Support:
- Provide direct support and counseling to residents.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and other therapeutic activities.
- Assist residents in developing life skills, securing housing, and accessing community resources.
- Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including law enforcement, healthcare providers, and social service agencies.
- Represent the organization at community events and conferences.
- Advocate for survivors and raise awareness about the issue.
Requirements:- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with LMSW or LCSW licensure.
- 3-4 years of experience in trauma-informed care or group care settings.
- Proven experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of human trafficking and its impact on survivors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000, based on experience and qualifications.
