SuperintendentMontana based innovative construction firm is looking for a Superintendent to add to their team. The firm has been in business nearly 40 years and handles commercial, healthcare, historical, infrastructure, remodel, and high-end residential projects. Their motto is to fulfill their clients dreams through quiet confidence, innovation, and quality craftsmanship. Their projects span throughout Western Montana.
Essential Functions and Duties: - Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and approving invoices
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design or construction-related issues
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, promoting a positive work environment
Qualifications: - Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Experience with construction estimating and budgeting processes
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore
- Proficiency in using scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Salary: $76,869.44 - $92,573.95 per year
