Seeking a Project Manager to help roll out ZTNA to the globally to the organization with Europe and Asia PAC being the first regions. The first part of this will be a Proof of concept to ensure the technology works and is tested. The first phase of the projects is 3 months but this is a global rollout, they expect to extend another 6 months and beyond. This PM will work with an external vendor as well as internal Security and IT SME's on this project. They will be responsible for managing budget and stakeholder management. The first phase in the vision of the ZTNA roll out will be implementing Windows365/AVD, iBoss ZNTA browser isolation and iBoss client across our business globally. This will include the migration of all contractors and TPV to this solution with the goal to offer this as a solution to permanent employees wishing to use BYOD in the future. This is the start of our ZTNA journey, so there will be more to this program. This project manager will be helping lead this Proof of concept on this technology and that that in place by the end of the year and then they will roll out this solution to Europe and Asia. Further Duties on the role and background Focusing on the Cyber Defense ZTNA competency, the role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Cyber Defense Cyber Security ZTNA program of work in region, delivering the objectives of the project in collaboration with local technology & security teams as directed by the global Cyber Defense program manager. Act as the in-region representative for project delivery, ensure regional stakeholder engagement, buy-in, use case development, scope alignment, resource coordination, local processes adherence and reporting, to support successful delivery of program scope and outcomes. In unison with regional security teams, vendors, infrastructure, architecture and business stakeholders, scope, plan, manage and oversee delivery of project outcomes in accordance with project scope. Coordinating and driving the Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) Understand project objectives, regional Cyber Defense maturity, present technology and business processes, ensuring regional requirements and use cases are incorporated into the overall scope of the project. Expectations for regional consumption of Cyber Defense solutions are understood, accepted and operational impacts established and supported adequately in region. Key focus area ZTNA. Effectively oversee management of Cyber Defense security project elements within region. Manage a regional business & technical stakeholders, and third-party vendors, to successfully deliver the Cyber Defense security program. Provide guidance and support to resources within the project team. Clarify understanding and direction to assist with the ability to design, implement, and operationalise effective enterprise level Cyber Defense solutions. Ensure key strategic projects are developed in accordance with rigorous business cases, to ensure appropriate scope, sequencing and interdependencies are proactively managed. Appropriate discovery is undertaken to establish scope. Use cases are developed in conjunction with business stakeholders and regional technology leaders. Scope, objectives, critical success factors (CSF), and comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements are documented, agreed, and signed off by all stakeholders and regional CIOs. Be responsible for the overall governance and management of the Cyber Defense program pipeline, including definition of roles and responsibilities for program delivery. Guide, lead, and direct effective project teams (globally) to design, build and implement valuable solutions. Develop achievable roadmaps and report on the status of program management plans, incorporating project deliverables, scheduling, budgeting, and key project milestones. Excellent documentation and conceptual strategic thinking abilities are required. Must be able to breakdown ideas/recommendations into simple, well-articulated, easily understood tasks that are achievable. Communication and change management a key element of delivery. Work in collaboration with relevant teams to ensure effective communication and change management plans are in place and executed across regions. Manage, communicate, and mitigate escalated program risks and issues. Report to management implications and agree appropriate path forward. Review and manage changes to scope through a formally defined scope change process including implications to program outcomes, or resources, schedules, and budgets.
