Qualifications
- Secret Clearance. TS or TS/SCI a plus
- 10+ years of total experience with background in cyber, IT, or other technical domain
- 3+ years of project management experience with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance of the contract
- Bachelor's in Technical or Quantitative field. MBA or Master's in Technical or Quantitative field a plus
- Able to commute to Arlington, VA client site approximately 2-3 days a month
Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Manager
Must have extensive experience in conducting service and process analysis and performance management. They must be adept at identifying inefficiencies, developing, and updating key performance indicators and critical success factors, and implementing performance metrics to track and measure operational performance, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). 10 years' experience covering primary areas of responsibility.
Requirements Manager
Must have a robust background in gathering, prioritizing, and validating business requirements to support the development of effective operational solutions. They must be skilled in coordinating with stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements and manage the integration of these requirements efficiently. 10 years' experience covering primary areas of responsibility.
Quality Assurance Analyst
Must have extensive experience in coordinating, performing, and tracking the acceptance testing of delivered technical solutions to ensure they meet specified business requirements. The SME must be proficient in managing validation activities, aligning them with business requirements, and facilitating stakeholder feedback. The SME must have a minimum of 7 years of experience covering the primary areas of responsibility, including both quality assurance and requirements validation.
Senior Cyber Analyst SME
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in investigating, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents. Analyzing cybersecurity reporting, both vulnerability (environmental) and threat (actor) related, Proven ability to develop and document repeatable and effective processes for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions (WIs). 10 years’ experience covering primary areas of responsibility.
