Location
County Line Veterinary Clinic is located in New Braunfels Texas. New Braunfels is a vibrant city conveniently located between Austin and San Antonio. It’s known for its scenic rivers and outdoor activities. The Guadalupe and Comal Rivers are popular spots for tubing, kayaking, and fishing, making the city a favorite destination for outdoor lovers! New Braunfels also has attractions like the historic Gruene district, known for unique shops, and restaurants, and the renowned Gruene Hall, the oldest dance hall in Texas. The city's warm community and beautiful surroundings make it a great place to live and work.
Practice Overview
Our clinic is a well-established small animal general practice, serving the community for over 15 years, and proud to be a Certified Feline Friendly Practice. Our clinic is fully equipped with advanced technology, including a surgical laser, endoscopy, shockwave therapy, ultrasound, digital imaging, and dental X-ray, allowing us to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. Additionally, we have a sister clinic that specializes in rehabilitation, featuring an underwater treadmill to support recovery and wellness. We are seeking a dedicated veterinarian who values progressive medicine and is eager to join our collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Nurture and maintain client relationships
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
- Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
- Educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations
- Maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required
- Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Texas
- Strong surgical skills, experience in various procedures, and the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
- Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
