About the Position: This position is located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.

Fort Carson, CO: Located just south of Colorado Springs, Ft. Carson combines scenic beauty, pleasant residential areas, and cultural activities to satisfy every taste. It is an unusually well-rounded military community which offers a variety of recreational and cultural opportunities.

Responsibilities

MAJOR DUTIES:

Provide individual and group therapy.
Screen and interview children, adolescents, and family members, and utilize psychometric instruments in the assessment of psychological disorders typically affecting children and adolescents.
Evaluate appropriateness of treatment plans and goals.
Provide consultation regarding testing and interpreting issues.
Evaluate professional development activities.
Serve as Psychologist for the Regional Medical Center (RMC) and subordinate Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) or Army Health Care Clinics (AHC).

PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
