Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive excellence in laboratory testing through precise specimen collection and analysis
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and Joint Commission regulations while maintaining quality control standards
- Lead immediate response to codes, traumas, and emergencies, delivering critical results within 30 minutes
- Contribute to patient care by performing and analyzing various diagnostic tests including chemistry, hematology, and microbiology
- Maintain detailed documentation and manage data entry for patient results
- Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory instruments while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:
- You bring certification through ASCP, AMT, or equivalent
- Your educational background includes an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Clinical Lab Science or related field
- You excel in fast-paced environments and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Your communication skills enable effective collaboration with healthcare team members
- You thrive in roles requiring both independent work and team collaboration
