PAY AND BENEFITS
Annual Pay Range: $97,870.72 - $132,125.30
Hourly Pay Range: $47.05 - $63.52

This is a full time non-represented group 2 County position.
JOB DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to join our Transportation Maintenance team in the Department of Transportation & Development (DTD) as an Asset Manager (Classified as Administrative Services Manager). If selected for this position, you will be primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the asset management function for the Transportation Line of Business within DTD.
Required Minimum Qualifications/Transferrable Skills:
- A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience
- A minimum of two (2) years in a lead or program management role
- A minimum of two (2) years of planning and management in the acquisition, maintenance, upgrade, operation, or replacement of assets
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and GIS
- A minimum of two (2) years of project management experience
- A minimum of two (2) years of data management experience
- Experience with procurement in a public sector setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Driving is required for County business on a regular basis.
TYPICAL TASKS
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Implements, monitors, evaluates, and updates DTD’s Transportation Asset Management Strategic Plan.
- Conducts day-to-day coordination and oversight of DTD’s monitoring of transportation assets.
- Analyzes and interprets data for use in asset prioritization and project development.
- Coordinates with the Transportation Operations Manager to identify performance standards.
- Hires and directs supervisory, professional, and technical staff.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position is included in the County’s alternate workweek program, working 40 hours during a standard workweek of Monday through Thursday (Fridays off).
