Your new role: As Senior Financial Analyst you will mainly be responsible for creating and standardising all reporting for the European Finance Team, as well as supporting other business functions where needed, reporting to the CFO, Europe. The role will also involve leading a new internal audit process for the group.
In this role you are responsible for:
- Develop and define business reporting, dashboards and analytics across the business, helping to build the companies' BI strategy.
- Provide analytical, interpretive, investigative, and advisory services to the business.
- Apply good business acumen and commercial sense to analyse information to provide value-added analytics to the management team.
- Become a 'superuser' in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or another selected reporting tool.
- Develop the ability to write bespoke reports as required across the business.
- Create a standard set of Financial Reports for use across the business.
- Manage the suite of reports created, educating across sites.
- Act as the Europe finance lead for supporting global BI commercial reporting.
- Be the key finance lead in working with commercial and pricing teams on sales budget, ensuring data accuracy in current year's data and correct bridging of yoy.
- Liaise with various departments as required to support their business needs in a timely fashion.
- Establish and run an internal audit process for Europe.
What you'll need to succeed:
Essential Criteria:
- Experience of SAP
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Experience in business intelligence reporting
Desirable:
- 2+ years experience in BI position
- S4 Hanna beneficial
