Provide our customer value propositions, from the technical standpoint, that clearly shows how the solution will help solve the customer’s business need.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Design, communicate and present effective solutions, designed to win business supporting sales initiatives.
- Requirement gathering, discovery and documentation on clients and prospects to create a true value proposition that supports the company’s role as experts in the Telecom industry.
- Take a lead role during the presale to ensure that the value added solutions are comprehensive, achieve customer goals and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Support sales to develop and ensure a strong business relationship with the customers to maximize new business opportunities and promote upselling.
- Track and monitor accepted solutions and final impact on customer’s business from a technical perspective.
- Prepare and present production and services reports as requested.
- This position may require assisting the ETS Manager in assigning presales requests to the other members of the group.
- Will manage special projects as assigned.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/IT/Telecommunications/Networking from an accredited college or university; or four years related experience and/or training.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to communicate with prospects and customers technical and non-technical issues required to sell the technical value of WorldNet’s solutions and services.
Ability to design telecommunications technical solutions, which may include data networks, voice services and its corresponding equipment.
Ability to translate complex technical data (LAN/WAN) networks knowledge, into business solutions for our customers.
Ability to translate complex voice technology (IP Centrex, IP PBX) knowledge into business solutions for our customers.
Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations.
Ability to effectively prepare, design, educate or “on-job-training” technical knowledge topics for peers and clients.
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle required.
CCNA/Fortinet NS4 Certification or equivalent.
