Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs based on medical history, physician recommendations, and patient goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving the maximum level of function.
- Implement comprehensive therapeutic interventions using exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized equipment.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, equipment, and home care.
- Regularly re-evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Document patient care, interventions, and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, PAs, Nurses, and other therapists, to optimize patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in physical therapy.
- Pilates experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice physical therapy.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
