Responsibilities:

Assess patient needs based on medical history, physician recommendations, and patient goals.
Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving the maximum level of function.
Implement comprehensive therapeutic interventions using exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized equipment.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, equipment, and home care.
Regularly re-evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Document patient care, interventions, and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, PAs, Nurses, and other therapists, to optimize patient care.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in physical therapy.
Pilates experience preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state license to practice physical therapy.
At least 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
