- Pay ranges from $36-40 hourly, DOE ~ that's an earning potential equivalent to between $74,880 and $83,200 annually when working 40 hours weekly!

Responsibilities
- Provides skilled speech therapy treatment plans in accordance with the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and by completing and interpreting 6-month reviews and annual evaluations of patients.
- Adheres to state requirements for supervision of Clinical Fellows to provide services with the highest care standards.
- Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by collaborating with community center boards for services through the public schools and/or providing recommendations for community services.
- Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regarding patient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapy as well as discharge summaries.
- Maintains patient records confidentially.
- Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner.
- Complies with the applicable State Speech Therapy Practice Act, codes and regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to urgent/emergent situations per protocols.
- Participates in transdisciplinary meets as set by the early intervention program.
- Maintains professional appearance and personal conduct at all times.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers, service coordinators, and other professionals as it relates to collaboration of care for the patient.
- Keeps regular home visits as approved by Manager.
- Directs all patient scheduling matters through the early intervention coordinator.
- Attends meetings as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an ASHA accredited Speech Therapy program.
- Current State Speech Therapist license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
- Current CPR certification.
- Efficient problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and time management skills.
- Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities.
