As the Home Care Director you will:
- Exceed client family expectations, providing exemplary home-based care.
- Ensure all staff are oriented/supported to be successful in their job performance.
- Liaison between staff, patients, medical community, and referral sources.
- Operate the agency to increase financial performance by meeting the growing home-based care needs in our local communities.

Responsibilities- Responsible for continual compliance with all federal and state regulations, laws, and policies and procedures applicable to the services provided and licensure and/or certification of the agency.
- Ensures that only qualified personnel are hired and appropriately trained and that there are adequate staff to meet the client's needs.
- Ensures the compliance, maintenance, confidentiality, and security of all employee and client records.
- Ensures compliance with electronic visit verification as required.
- Acts as a liaison between staff, patients, the community, referral sources, physicians, agency managers/supervisors, and home office departments.
- Performs staff case conferences as needed and mandatory in-services including but not limited to monthly staff/safety meetings.
- Directs daily agency activities to ensure that effective and efficient operations are in place to provide quality service and accurate reimbursement of services.
- Directs the operational processes to ensure agency fiscal performance meets budget and supports growth strategies.
- Ensures compliance with authorization, billing, and payroll process and timelines.
- Is accessible and available during all hours in which services are being provided to clients.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience- One year of Home and Community-Based Services, Home Health, or Hospice management experience preferred.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
