How we support you professionally:
- This position is paid at a competitive Salaried or Per-Visit rate with the opportunity to earn extra money by picking up visits at our Per Diem rate.
- Mileage reimbursement for any company travel.

The responsibilities of our Nurses include:
- Coordination of total patient care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing service to the patient and family on an ongoing basis.
- Perform admission, transfer, recertification, resumption of care, and discharge Oasis for the home care patient.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
- One or more years of experience in community/home health agency or hospital preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Criminal background check.
- Current CPR certification.
Job Conditions:
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to access patients' homes, which may not be wheelchair accessible.
- Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity for patient assessments and care.
- Standard nursing activities that include walking, sitting, stooping, standing, and varying lifting/moving/turning of patients.
