Job Title: Outpatient Clinic Director
Location: Finger Lakes Region, NY

Job Summary:
FLACRA is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Clinic Director to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient unit. The Director will ensure the program’s compliance with agency and regulatory standards while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values. This role involves supervising staff, promoting team development, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients in alignment with strategic business goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Human Services and at least three years of relevant experience.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience (three years preferred).
- Must be a Qualified Health Professional (QHP).
- Master’s Degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate team building and group supervision to promote motivation and engagement within the team.
- Provide direct supervision to staff through regular audits, observations, and feedback.
- Complete staff evaluations as required by the agency.
- Lead and actively participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and supervisory sessions.
- Maintain accurate reporting, records, and statistics in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community groups, referral sources, and service agencies.
- Recruit, screen, and interview prospective staff members; assess staff training needs and support their professional development.
- Participate in community presentations and training programs to represent FLACRA’s services.
- Train new direct reports and ensure thorough onboarding.
- Coordinate care across service providers to ensure comprehensive client support.
- Perform other duties and functions as directed by agency leadership.
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to effectively communicate and work cooperatively with diverse individuals, staff, and community service providers.
- Knowledge of and experience working within the behavioral health system.
- Strong computer skills for generating reports and maintaining electronic records (E-records).
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in electronic record-keeping systems (E-records).

Pay: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
