Physician Associate (PA)
Kids and Teens Pediatrics of Dover is dedicated to improving the health and lives of children. As one of the top-rated pediatric practices in Dover, DE, Kids and Teens Pediatrics provides care through a dedicated team of medical providers, staff, and administrators.
Providing comprehensive, high-quality care and serving as an advocate for children and their health has been Kids and Teens Pediatrics' commitment since our establishment in 2015. Our practice and our community have grown since our establishment, and today our practice serves a substantial number of patients and families in our area. As our practice is continuously expanding, we’re seeking to add to our team of medical providers, staff, and administrators.
As a Pediatric Physician's Assistant at Kids and Teens Pediatrics of Dover, you will collaborate with and independently from Pediatricians at our practice to provide comprehensive care to our pediatric patients. This includes – but is not limited to – diagnosis, physical examinations, treatment of both chronic and episodic disorders, and proper illness, injury, and disease care and prevention. You will remain responsible for the patient throughout the course of their treatment and provide/apply the appropriate care to ensure the patient's recovery before their eventual release from your care. As we work within the scope of a collaborative model to provide quality and comprehensive care, Pediatric Physicians Assistants may refer to Pediatricians for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment while assuming responsibility for the clinical management of the patient's treatment including medication.
