Job Title: Medical Assistant (Bilingual - Spanish)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Phoenix / Glendale locations)
Wage: $21-$24/hr (depending on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients in a fast-paced environment. This role includes assisting physicians with medical procedures, performing routine clinical tasks, and ensuring that our patients feel comfortable and well-informed about their treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during medical examinations and procedures, including preparation and documentation.
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking patient vital signs, administering injections, performing simple lab tests, and maintaining medical records.
- Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient and timely service to all patients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked examination room.
- Comply with all established policies and protocols, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to patients, answering any questions they may have about their treatment.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an ENT or similar specialty.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) software.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
