In this role you’ll be responsible for installation and implementation of the CUBEX hardware and software solutions, training veterinary teams, delivering exceptional customer service, while collaborating with an extraordinary team. What you’ll do
- Lead the implementation of the CUBEX hardware and software solutions for Veterinary Practices.
- Manage remote or onsite installation of CUBEX hardware and software solutions.
- Conduct client staff training, providing an engaging and thorough experience.
- Provide technical support, workflow audits and best practices recommendations to veterinary teams.
- Engage with Cubex clients through video conferencing tools for remote training sessions.
- Internal coordination with Integration Team and Account Manager(s) related to client Integration technology and Post-Account Management/Support needs.
- Participate in strategy and process development as it relates to Pre-Implementation, Implementation and Post-Implementation Support.
- Identify and escalate customer challenges to Professional Services and Sales Team.
- Provide client-facing written/verbal reports of implementation agenda, training goals, successes, and challenges to client and internal Cubex team.

- Knowledge of veterinary PiMS/EMR Software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Demonstrable ability to conduct Microsoft Teams/Zoom Meetings.
Bonus points for
- Knowledge of SaaS-based inventory management technology solutions.
- Data interpretation, manipulation, management in Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of GuideCX Onboarding Software.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 8-10 hours.
Experience:
- 2+ years in Veterinary, Medical, or health care industry roles.
- Software implementation experience and/or inventory management experience.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
- Certification(s) in Veterinary field preferred, inclusive of RVT, LVT, and CVT.
- Inventory management certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
Job location(s):
- Anywhere in the U.S. within 1-hour of a major metropolitan airport.
- Current preference for those in the following metropolitan areas: Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; or Charlotte, NC.
- Company headquarters located in Phoenix, AZ.
Other
- Able to perform 90% travel for the first six months of employment.
- 4 – 5 weeks travel in a row, 1 week potential non-travel in between next 4 – 5 week travel.
- Traveling Monday – Friday.
- After 6 months, potential of travel to reduce up to 50% within scope of Implementation Consultant role.

Compensation
- $50,000 - $65,000 annually; commensurate with experience.
- Internet and Cell Phone stipend.
- Home office technologies provided by company (laptop, monitors, webcam, etc.).
