Radiology Technologist / ARRT

As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform crucial radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, playing a key role in the diagnosis and treatment of our patients. Compensation: Hourly range from $28.94 to $38.90 depending on experience, plus a shift differential of $2.75/hr. Full benefits package and sign-on bonus offered.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations using state-of-the-art imaging technology.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and apply adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to provide timely and effective patient care.
- Participate in continuous education to enhance expertise and maintain licensure.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- ARRT Certification in Radiography.
- Licensed by the State of Ohio in Radiology.
- Ability to perform basic radiologic tasks and operate imaging equipment.
- Strong understanding of radiologic safety and protection principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospital setting.
- Advanced certifications in multiple radiographic modalities.
- Experience with digital imaging and PACS systems.
- Additional training or certificates related to specialty areas of Radiology.
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technology advancements.
- Proactive in personal skill development and staying informed of new techniques.

- Detailed knowledge of anatomy and physiology as related to imaging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software used in healthcare.
