Abbey Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a skilled and motivated Business and Finance Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing Multi Academy Trust, supporting our schools by delivering high-quality advice, guidance, and financial support. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial efficiency, resource management, and strategic development, contributing to the overall success of our Trust.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:
- Work in partnership with service users, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive business management service.
- Be responsible for the financial management of designated schools within the Trust, ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with the Trust's leadership team to support the delivery of the Trust's strategic plan and vision.
You will be:
- Passionate about working collaboratively as part of a team and also have the ability to work using your own initiative.
- An effective communicator, who can influence and negotiate.
- Someone who will support the Trust’s Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values.
