Overview
The Yard Manager is the head of the Yard Department. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Requirements
- Able to lift 100 lbs unassisted
- Able to stand and kneel for extended periods of time

- Able to work in the elements year-round
- Business Attire as defined by the Company Handbook
Responsibilities

- Assists in the Creation and Modification of Departmental Processes and Procedures
Duties
Oversee Facility
- Clean, Orderly, Safe and Neat Yard Area
- Develop Plans for Store Betterment
Oversee Product
- Clean, Well-Stocked and Merchandised, Proper Protection and Display, Physical Inventory, Current Accurate and Visible Labels, Monitor RO Points
Oversee Staff
- Manage Day-to-Day Yard Activities
- Manage Team Performance including but not limited to Monitoring, Documenting, Holding Accountability, and Performance Reviews
- Manage Employee Training and Development
- Manage and Oversee Yard Safety
