We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities:
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience.
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market.
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close.
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Participate in the weekly team meetings.
- Attend at least 4 classes a month at the market center or via Zoom.
- Host at least 3 open houses a month either with another team member or on your own.
- Utilize Sierra Internationals to the fullest.
- Consistent continued efforts to connect with leads provided to you by the team and track all communications, smart plans, etc through Sierra International.
Qualifications:
- Show a track record of real estate success.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car.
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry.
- Board membership required.
Compensation:
$75,000 yearly
