Utilizing your advanced Epic Professional understanding combined with your exceptional technical skills helps you to identify creative and unique On-Base solutions. Ability to support large scale clinical and ancillary systems and familiarity with current database and operating systems as required for assigned applications are essential. This is a 100% remote profile.
Job Description:
- Use expert-level knowledge to design and deliver high quality and well architected enterprise solutions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
- Possess intermediate technical expertise to support specific healthcare applications.
- Cross-train to become proficient in multiple applications.
- Share acquired skills with team members through documentation and training.
- Assist and support customers with the operation and administration of systems.
- Propose solutions to problems considering timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client needs.
- Collaborate with key clinical users on complex projects to modify workflow due to new releases and system upgrades.
- Utilize working knowledge of assigned applications to effectively complete assigned tasks.
- Apply workflow to and from clinical and business applications.
- Accurately complete and submit assigned work and status reports according to project timelines and expectations.
- Work on complex initiatives to analyze patient care workflow in various clinical departments and to develop and define information technology solutions for improved system integration and functionality.
- Effectively lead and facilitate meetings.
- Plan and develop improvements in functionality and efficiency of clinical applications.
Certification:
Valid EPIC ON-BASE Certification is a must.
