As a carpenter, you will work on a wide range of projects at the direction of your crew lead that include but aren’t limited to wood and steel stud framing, wall coverings, trim, flooring, and insulation.

- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly, as well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks.
- OSHA 10 is preferred.
Job responsibilities and duties to include:
- Able to identify and complete work in a timely fashion.
- Safely operate all tools, including, but not limited to, joiners, shapers, band saws, skill saws, routers, planers, table saws, nail guns, and drills.
- Build walls, partitions, stairs, ramps, landings and decks, cabinets, shelves, etc.
- Layout, cut, drill, miter, sand and otherwise prepare materials, and to use said materials in the fabrication of various end products, including, but not limited to, lumber, plywood, particle board, plastics, and glass.
- Install, apply, maintain, or repair shock-absorbing, light reflective, sound-deadening, and decorative coverings to ceilings, walls, and floors.
- Hang and trim windows, doors, cabinets.
- Marks cutting and assembly lines on materials.
- Assembles cut and shaped materials and fastens them together with nails, dowel pins, or glue.
- Erects framework for structures and lays subflooring.
- Builds stairs and lays out and installs partitions and cabinet work.
- Fits and installs prefabricated window frames, doors, door frames, weather stripping, interior and exterior trim, and finish hardware.
- Constructs forms and chutes for pouring concrete.
- Maintains a clean work area free of hazards.
- Report problem areas and safety hazards.
- Performs other related jobs and duties as assigned.

- 25’ or larger tape measure (Stanley FatMax or similar recommended)
- Speed Square
- Utility Knife
- Chalk Line
- Right/Left Hand Tin Snips
- Small Pry Bar (One of the clawbar, nail puller/prybar combos)
- Drill Bits (T-25, T-20, 1/4” Drive, 5/16” Drive, 3/8” Drive, P2 Phillips, and P3 Phillips)
- Small drill bit set
Currently, our crews work Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm. Schedule is subject to change based on weather, workload, or other factors based on business need.
