Core Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments
- Logdaily sales lead activities in the CRM platform
- Converting visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle
- Perform professional vehicle demonstrations by staying up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
- Coordinate test drives
- Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork
- Deliver sold vehicles to the customer
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of automotive sales experiencerequired
- Demonstrates outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
- Computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and utilize new technology
- The ability to think from the customer's perspective to overcome objections and meet sales goals
- Achievement driven with a proven history of meeting sales goals
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Hours and Work Environment
We are open Monday – Friday from 8AM to 9PM and Saturday from 8AM to 8PM. We are looking for flexible candidates who are able to work days, evenings and Saturdays. This is an onsite position that requires working with customers in person, online and over the phone, and occasionally working outdoors on the sales lot.
