Are you a sales professional with a passion for design and customer service? Aaron Overhead Doors is looking for an experienced and motivated Door Design Consultant to join our team. We specialize in high-end garage doors, offering unique and tailored solutions to homeowners across Atlanta.
Responsibilities:
- Visit homeowners for in-home consultations, measure spaces, and provide expert guidance on our product offerings.
- Sell premium garage doors, with project values ranging from $5k to $60k.
- Use CRM tools effectively for managing customer relationships, taking detailed notes, and tracking leads.
- Generate sales through company-provided leads and your own network.
- Build relationships with interior designers, and high-end home builders, and participate in local business associations.
- Focus on consultative selling, not hard-close or pushy sales tactics, ensuring the best solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven B2C sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and close deals.
- Proficient in using a tape measure to gather accurate measurements.
- Experience with home services sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan CRM is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong note-taking, and organizational skills.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
