What You Will Do
- Lead strategic initiatives and be responsible for managing senior-level client relationships, implementing strategic initiatives, executing long term programmatic planning efforts, and strategically responding to emerging priorities.
- Analyze data and recommend courses of action, including support for data visualization projects.
- Utilize business analysis and management practices to enhance organizational business processes and governance to increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of the organization’s programs and projects.
- Support organizational cultural and professional development initiatives to cultivate cultural and professional workforce transformation.
- Facilitate meetings with senior-level clients.
What You Will Need
- Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET federal security clearance; or higher.
- Master's degree in a business-related field such as Finance, Accounting, Organizational Leadership or Business.
- FIVE (5) or more years of experience in DOD financial management.
What Would Be Nice To Have
- Demonstrates a high level of experience/qualifications/understanding in DoD programming, budgeting and financial operations.
- Experience working with DoD, Air Force, or federal government clients.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Power BI and Visio.
- Business acumen including experience with management consulting, business development, and professional development.
