Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care 2nd Director to help oversee the operations of our child care facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, developing educational programs, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Must have knowledge of Texas minimum standards for child care regulations and must be available at 6:45 am Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and physical development of children.
Recruit, train, and supervise child care staff.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and facility maintenance.
Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment.

Skills

Strong background in education administration with experience working with students.
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with staff members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and staff members effectively.
