Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) I opportunities –Serving children ages 2 - 17+. Must be Medicaid Credentialed!
Must be willing to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Who are you?
A recently certified RBT who is looking to learn and grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities:
• Collect data for each child’s performance daily, both acceleration and deceleration
• Conduct individual teaching sessions for each child as assigned – schedule changes daily
• Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the Quest Kids’ therapy rooms
• Cares for child with toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and all other self-care programs and needs
• Communicate session outcome with parents/caregiver
• Assist in developing training materials that are up to date with current technologies daily
• Graph all data as assigned
• Assist in designing data sheets and graphs
• Provide input for programmatic decisions
• Attend all weekly staff meetings
• Ensure compliance with all regulations pertaining to behavioral programming and to Quest’s personnel policies
• Perform other duties as required
• Adheres to all Quest’s policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• 18 years of age or older required.
• High School Diploma required
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• A.A./60+ credits of general studies towards degree in Psychology or related field (preferred)
• Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with developmentally disabled individuals is preferred
