This position exists to provide guest experience through proper horticultural practices.
Summary of Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete landscaping tasks such as watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and pruning.
- Assist others with tasks pertaining to color impact and positive guest experiences through proper horticultural practices.
Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time.

- Able to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including any required overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Able to be flexible to handle frequent changes in priorities.
- Able to prioritize tasks and complete assignments on time.
- Able to tolerate temperatures of 0 to 140 degrees.
- Able to work outdoors.
- Able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, bend, twist, stoop, and crawl.
- Able to work comfortably at heights up to 90 feet.
- Able to reach high and low.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Able to tolerate exposure levels of various chemicals found in pesticides and fertilizers.
- Able to use hand and power tools such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, pruners, shovels, rakes, and rototillers.
- Able to perform various strenuous, physical work such as loading and unloading trucks, cleaning work areas, digging, spreading sand, soil, and asphalt.
- Able to perform all functions in a safe manner.
Required Experience
- At least 6 months of work experience that demonstrates successful execution of similar duties and responsibilities.
- At least 18 years old.
- Basic computer skills.
