Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated RN for a Full Time position in our Observation Unit of the ED at Community Medical Center. This RN would float between the main ED and ICU units.
Community Medical Center is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state’s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County’s largest and most active health care facility caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients, and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.
Qualifications:
Required:
- RN Degree
- NJ RN License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association)
- Current ED or acute care Experience
Preferred:
Scheduling Requirements:
- Night Shift 36 hours per week
Essential Functions:
- The RN is an integral part of the ED Team caring for Observation patients.
- Crosstrained to the Main ED.
