Responsibilities:
- Determine clinical eligibility for MassHealth-funded services for nursing facility stays.
- Complete in-home assessments of service needs for individuals.
Qualifications:
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain records and communicate clinical data in verbal and written form.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing.
- Current Driver's License (and insurance) required.
Minimum Requirements:
Registered nurse with a valid Massachusetts license. Bachelor or Associate of Science in nursing and at least three years of clinical experience in a community or long-term care setting. And/or a Diploma RN and two additional years of community-based nursing or long-term care direct service experience.
