Scripps Mercy Hospital, Chula Vista, Emergency Services Department is at the forefront of innovative processes to reduce patient wait times, first to run a code sepsis and was the model cell for all Scripps Health Emergency Departments. Join our 24 bed Emergency Services Department as a Registered Nurse (RN) where you will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning, implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
