Registered Nurse (RN) Homecare Supervisor
Humancare, a leader in the professional healthcare industry, has openings for Registered Nurses (RNs) in the NYC Metropolitan Area. We are currently looking for Registered Nurses who have 2+ years of experience in a CHHA Homecare setting managing and supervising ongoing patients and HHA Staff throughout New York City. Areas of coverage would be Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.
The Registered Nurse (RN) shall be responsible for providing a full range of nursing care duties in the patients' home including assessment, medication administration, supervision, administering prescribed treatments and therapies, treatment planning, and hands-on nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. The Registered Nurse (RN) shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to care planning development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion.

Qualifications:
The Registered Nurse (RN) shall, at a minimum, be a graduate of an accredited RN nursing program (BSN preferred), approved by the board of nursing in your practicing state, and hold an applicable and current license to practice. 2+ years experience working as a RN/CHHA with patients/residents/clients in a related homecare setting, bilingual in both Chinese and English languages a must.
