The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for:
- Providing direct client services which includes substance abuse disorder (SUD) evaluations, formulation of diagnosis, medication management, and developing initial treatment plans to the Worcester County programs.
- Participating as a member of the multidisciplinary team and working closely with the attending CMO.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a minimum of two years of experience and who is approved for independent practice.
- Current CPR certificate or obtains certification within 90 days of hire required.
- Experience in SUD treatment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to the Attending Psychiatrist and Nursing Supervisor.
