Who You Are:
As the Patient Scheduling Specialist, Team Lead, you'll be the vital link between our practice and the Practice Manager. Your days will be filled with diverse responsibilities, from scheduling new patient appointments to managing provider waitlists. You'll handle phone calls with grace and efficiency, ensuring every patient feels valued and heard. From updating patient information to resolving conflicts, you'll keep our operations running seamlessly.
This is a fully benefited full time, Monday through Friday, (40 hours/week) position.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of medical office experience.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
