Role Summary:
As a Physician Assistant in a facility-based setting, you will:
- Conduct clinical interventional and episodic direct care visits
- Evaluate and treat chronic, co-morbid illnesses
- Monitor changes in resident conditions
- Collaborate with physicians for overall medical management
- Perform Annual Wellness Visits and coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines
Qualifications:
- Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
- Current board certification in your field
- Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Punctuality and strong teamwork abilities
