Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This role offers you the opportunity to step in and make an immediate impact. You'll be responsible for receipting invoices through their in-house system, managing creditor watch at branch level, and escalating issues as necessary. In addition to these core responsibilities, your role will also encompass some administrative and office management tasks.

What you'll do:

Assisting with office management duties
Maintaining a high level of organisation to manage multiple tasks
Processing and receipting invoices
Work with the broader finance team to support organisational goals
Managing the credit of different clients
Internal reporting as required

What you'll bring:

Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Excel
Proven experience with accounting ERP systems
Experience in accounts receivables and invoice processing
Ability to handle administrative tasks and assist with office management duties
