Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage with potential clients to assess their insurance needs
- Educate clients on various life insurance products and services
- Customize insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Utilize our plug-and-play platform and blueprint to streamline business operations and maximize efficiency
Qualifications:- Builder - Means instead of selling, you also want to be your own boss, build your team and help people
- Fluent in English (and Vietnamese)
- Proven experience in the life insurance industry preferred
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
