We are looking for a Credit and Financing Specialist to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow.
Your role
Your mission as a Credit and Financing Specialist is to manage the entire customer financing process, from application to funding, ensuring accuracy and timely transactions. You will reconcile customer accounts, track financing activities, and update procedures to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will train team members on SAP and credit systems, support portal account management, and assist the Credit Control Manager with company onboarding. By resolving problem accounts and collaborating with credit analysts, your efforts will streamline financial operations and contribute to customer satisfaction, ultimately driving the organization’s financial stability. You will report to the Credit Control Manager.
- You will handle the customer financing process from application through funding, including sending document packages, following up on deliveries, and submitting invoices for funding.
- You will reconcile customer accounts after funding.
- You will track customer financing activities and update procedures as needed.
- You will manage select portal account customers.
- You will support the Credit Control Manager with onboarding acquired companies.
- You will establish and maintain select customer accounts in SAP.
- You will reconcile problem accounts and assist credit analysts and collection specialists with difficult cases.
Minimum Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or relevant experience).
- You are customer-service oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functions.
- Basic knowledge of finance and leasing programs is preferred.
- You have strong attention to detail.
